ONLINE REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that all customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges. To start a return or exchange, please contact gaby@hwyfifty.com
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES. Thank you for purchasing from parkhoptees.com We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Please note that we only offer refunds in store credit. Also, note that all GOOF Tees are not eligible for refund and exchange (Goof tees are slightly defected tees we sell annually in January for $10). We also do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized items. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges for customized items.
- Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging with tags. You can also email josh@hwyfifty.com to request an exchange. If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- RETURNS & EXCHANGES. For items purchased online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. If your return is accepted you will be issued a store credit in the amount of your order. Items eligible for a refund must be new, unused and unworn, with tags. If items are not new we will deduct a $10 fee from your store credit. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at josh@hwyfifty.com to obtain a return authorization and address. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange.
- RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING. Customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost for returned items. Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Customer is responsible for size exchange shipping cost.
- ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Perishable items, Special-Order items, Custom Products, Goof Tees, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
- CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in new, unused, and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
- FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds on returns, will be issued in store credit. Please note that your refund credit amount will be determined by the condition of the returned item. Items must be new, unused and unworn with tags to qualify for a full refund. If items do mot meet these conditions you will be charged a cleaners fee of $10.
